Wow! Had a 10x12 installed today and could not be happier! Every step of the way, from quoting to install, was handled quickly and professionally. Beau stayed in constant contact during the quoting and scheduling phase, answering all of our questions and concerns. The install team took less than a full day to complete the work and left the site cleaner than they found it. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a shed built on their property. Had a great experience with Square Shed. From the initial contact, the communication with Beau was timely and professional. He followed up with all request and did exactly what he said he would. They arrived on the date as promised and built a 10x12 in about 10 hours. The quality and construction of the shed is excellent. The best part is with Beau and his team building on site, I did not have to remove my fence and they did not tear my yard up with heavy equipment. They left my property as clean as they found it. I had been looking online at pre-build sheds for several months. Once I decided it was time to buy, the sheds I had been looking at had been sold, so I started looking again. This time, I found SquareShed and liked that they build onsite, they use 2"x6" boards for floor trusts (pre-built only used 2"x4"), you don't have to tear down your fence to get a pre-built shed into your backyard, and the price was similar to (if not less than) the smaller pre-built sheds I had considered. I called them on 9/5/24 (after 5:00pm) to ask some questions and the owner actually answered the phone (impressive). He asked me to submit a request online so he could get me a quote and told me to contact the City of Fargo to start a building permit application for my 12' x 24' shed (you don't need a permit for some smaller sheds). On 9/16/24, one of their men came over to see exactly where the shed would go in my yard, confirm the size/features I wanted, and get my deposit. Later that same day, the owner emailed me the drawings I needed to submit with my permit application and gave me the answers I needed for questions on the application I wasn't sure how to answer. On 9/20/24, I got my permit from the City. On 9/24/24, the crew arrived to start building. By mid-afternoon the next day, my shed was finished, my yard had been cleaned up, and they were gone (when they said they'd get it done in 2 days I wasn't sure they'd be able to do it -- but they did!). Now I just need to move everything I want from the garage and my older, smaller sheds (that my wife is VERY happy I'm getting rid of) into the shed. Go online. Check them out. Based on my experience, I highly recommend SquareShed!!!

They site built a shed for us 1 year ago. I purposely waited a year to review it. We are happy with our purchase. They did everything they said they would do for the price they quoted. More importantly, they did everything on time or ahead of the time they promised. This is absolutely unheard of with anything contractor related. Unheard of. The quality seems to be good one year later with no need for any return visits. (Again, this is unheard of.) They aren't the cheapest option, but they certainly make up for it in quality and keeping their word. I would hire these guys again.

Beau, Rachel, and the rest of the team at SquareShed did a great job on a 10x12 shed in my backyard. They were quick to reply to any and all questions, put together a packet for the HOA review, and made the process extremely easy. The crew were personable, efficient, and didn’t leave behind any scraps or trash. They were in and out in less than 8 hours. The materials used and craftsmanship is excellent. The best part about this company is they do site prep and build a foundation with anchors instead of using concrete blocks. Would highly recommend anyone to go with this company!

To start, we gave Beau our HOA guidelines (which are super strict) and he gave us detailed plans that we could directly submit to them, which was approved without question.
