Frequently Asked Shed Questions
You got shed questions?
We got shed answers!
Here is how we do it!
We build your shed right in your back yard!
We start by hand carrying all materials and tools from our trailer on the street to the shed build site.
First, we mark off the shed location and get it positioned exactly like you want.
Next, we build the treated floor joist system and level it into place.
Once everything is perfectly level and square, we install the 3/4" subfloor.
We then use our wall dolly to move your pre-constructed walls into place one by one. We pre-build walls in our shop when we can for greater accuracy and quality control.
Next, the roof trusses are installed, followed by OSB roof sheathing.
The roof is finished off with synthetic underlayment, drip edge, and architectural shingles.
PVC trim is installed on all corners, windows, and doors.
Lastly, we finish off the door hardware along with any upgrades you requested such as a ramp or shelving!

Currently, we have two main styles of sheds that we offer:
Both are great options that can be highly customized! Click the links to view each one in detail.
Basically, nothing!
After we've finalized your shed design, you just need to meet us at your house the morning of your installation so that you can help place the shed exactly where you want it.
You should obtain any required permitting or HOA compliance before the build date.
We do ask that prior to our install you try to keep the shed area clean and free of debris or any dog messes.
Depending on the size of your shed, installation takes 1-3 days.
Weather is also a factor, and we will do our best to build on the scheduled date if possible.
No, our reviews are not fake!
We try our best on every shed we build to provide a 5-star experience. Does it happen every time? Unfortunately no, but the vast majority of the time our customers are extremely satisfied and will leave a review telling others about their experience.
Reviews are crucial to helping gain trust for future customers, so we are very appreciative of every review we receive.

We do not do concrete work ourselves, but we do have reliable concrete professionals that we can work with to install a new slab.
