Our Signature Series Sheds are our premier line of sheds.

We've taken the most common upgrades from our Standard Edition Sheds - tall sidewalls, vinyl siding, and more - and optimized them into one easy-to-understand offering.

The simplest way to think about the Signature Series is to view it as a miniature garage more-so than a shed. It comes with 8' tall sidewalls, vinyl siding, traditional 12" vented soffit overhangs, residential-grade doors, and is insulation-ready. It's got it all!

Both of the shed styles that we offer have their pros and cons - the style that is best for you is dependent on your needs for your specific shed!

Signature Series Shed Features

All of the shed features listed here still apply to the Signature Series Sheds, but below is a breakdown of this style of shed in more detail.

One of the primary differences is that the Signature Series Sheds include a much more robust, traditional-style vented overhang on the roofline. The 12″ overhang is larger and provides great protection from the rain. It’s finished with metal or vinyl vented soffit, allowing for better ventilation. Gutters can also be more easily installed on this type of shed.

Roof Overhang Style

The main differentiator in the Signature Series Sheds is that they come with a Traditional Garage Style roof overhang. This 12" overhang is larger and provides great protection from the rain. It's finished with metal or vinyl vented soffit, allowing for better ventilation. Gutters can also be more easily installed on this type of shed.

Sidewall Heights

Unlike the Standard Edition Sheds, the Signature Series Sheds come with 8' sidewalls as the standard wall height. This allows for space to frame residential-style doors and overhead doors. And also gives you way more wall space to put shelve and other things!

Siding Options

For the Signature Series, vinyl siding is included in the price from our suppliers. Vinyl siding offers very good protection, and looks great too! If your HOA requires LP or Hardie lap siding, please reach out as that can be arranged as well.

Door Options

Signature Series Sheds come with a residential steel service door included in the price, and many people will also add on an overhead door or a roll up style door. They work great for lawn mowers or other large items!

Insulation Ready

Because of the vented overhangs, and because the shed is wrapped in house wrap prior to installing the siding like the picture above, the Signature Series Sheds are ready to be insulated after they are built!

Foundation

While a wood foundation can be used for the Signature Series, most often they are placed on a cement slab. We don't currently pour slabs ourselves, but we can facilitate a slab with one of our great partners that we work with. Or you can provide the slab for us to build on!

Signature Series Sheds can be built any size from 10'x12' and up! Click the button below for current price information.

Generally speaking, this style of shed is the most likely to be HOA compliant. You'll want to verify the requirements with your HOA to be safe.

Because the Signature Series Sheds are a little more involved to construct, it can take 2-3 days on site to build this style of shed. While not as efficient as our Standard Edition Sheds, it's still a very quick and easy process!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had been looking online at pre-build sheds for several months. Once I decided it was time to buy, the sheds I had been looking at had been sold, so I started looking again. This time, I found SquareShed and liked that they build onsite, they use 2"x6" boards for floor trusts (pre-built only used 2"x4"), you don't have to tear down your fence to get a pre-built shed into your backyard, and the price was similar to (if not less than) the smaller pre-built sheds I had considered. I called them on 9/5/24 (after 5:00pm) to ask some questions and the owner actually answered the phone (impressive). He asked me to submit a request online so he could get me a quote and told me to contact the City of Fargo to start a building permit application for my 12' x 24' shed (you don't need a permit for some smaller sheds). On 9/16/24, one of their men came over to see exactly where the shed would go in my yard, confirm the size/features I wanted, and get my deposit. Later that same day, the owner emailed me the drawings I needed to submit with my permit application and gave me the answers I needed for questions on the application I wasn't sure how to answer.  On 9/20/24, I got my permit from the City.  On 9/24/24, the crew arrived to start building. By mid-afternoon the next day, my shed was finished, my yard had been cleaned up, and they were gone (when they said they'd get it done in 2 days I wasn't sure they'd be able to do it -- but they did!).  Now I just need to move everything I want from the garage and my older, smaller sheds (that my wife is VERY happy I'm getting rid of) into the shed. Go online. Check them out. Based on my experience, I highly recommend SquareShed!!!

Beau and his guys showed up and had my shed built in 1 day. I have a modern style house and I wanted my shed to match that modern style. We have a narrow pathway to where the shed was to be built so we couldn’t do a prefab building. Beau and I went back and forth over design ideas and came up with the design that compliments our house perfectly. He listened to what we wanted and definitely delivered. I’ve had many compliments on this shed and it is performing great. Square Shed built exactly what I wanted. Great communication via text and email explaining the process and the different sheds that were available. I went back and forth with the design of my build and they sent over several detailed drawings until I decided on what I wanted. My shed had to be built on a slab and they accommodated my needs and deducted a fair amount for the wood flooring.
