Our Signature Series Sheds are our premier line of sheds.
We've taken the most common upgrades from our Standard Edition Sheds - tall sidewalls, vinyl siding, and more - and optimized them into one easy-to-understand offering.
The simplest way to think about the Signature Series is to view it as a miniature garage more-so than a shed. It comes with 8' tall sidewalls, vinyl siding, traditional 12" vented soffit overhangs, residential-grade doors, and is insulation-ready. It's got it all!

Both of the shed styles that we offer have their pros and cons - the style that is best for you is dependent on your needs for your specific shed!
Below is a chart explaining the major differences between the Standard Edition Sheds and the Signature Series Sheds.
Signature Series Shed Features
All of the shed features listed here still apply to the Signature Series Sheds, but below is a breakdown of this style of shed in more detail.
One of the primary differences is that the Signature Series Sheds include a much more robust, traditional-style vented overhang on the roofline. The 12″ overhang is larger and provides great protection from the rain. It’s finished with metal or vinyl vented soffit, allowing for better ventilation. Gutters can also be more easily installed on this type of shed.

Roof Overhang Style
The main differentiator in the Signature Series Sheds is that they come with a Traditional Garage Style roof overhang.
This 12" overhang is larger and provides great protection from the rain. It's finished with metal or vinyl vented soffit, allowing for better ventilation. Gutters can also be more easily installed on this type of shed.
Sidewall Heights
Unlike the Standard Edition Sheds, the Signature Series Sheds come with 8' sidewalls as the standard wall height. This allows for space to frame residential-style doors and overhead doors. And also gives you way more wall space to put shelve and other things!
Siding Options
For the Signature Series, vinyl siding is included in the price from our suppliers. Vinyl siding offers very good protection, and looks great too! If your HOA requires LP or Hardie lap siding, please reach out as that can be arranged as well.
Door Options
Signature Series Sheds come with a residential steel service door included in the price, and many people will also add on an overhead door or a roll up style door. They work great for lawn mowers or other large items!
Insulation Ready
Because of the vented overhangs, and because the shed is wrapped in house wrap prior to installing the siding like the picture above, the Signature Series Sheds are ready to be insulated after they are built!
Foundation
While a wood foundation can be used for the Signature Series, most often they are placed on a cement slab. We don't currently pour slabs ourselves, but we can facilitate a slab with one of our great partners that we work with. Or you can provide the slab for us to build on!

Because the Signature Series Sheds are a little more involved to construct, it can take 2-3 days on site to build this style of shed. While not as efficient as our Standard Edition Sheds, it's still a very quick and easy process!
