Prices include taxes! In most cases our sheds are considered permanent structures, which means sales tax is not charged.
Due to fluctuating material pricings, shed prices are subject to change at any time.
Building permits, zoning/planning, and any HOA regulations are the responsibility of the homeowner and must be completed prior to your scheduled build date. Ask us for help if you need to be pointed in the right direction.

In North Carolina, sheds that exceed 12' in any dimension require a permit.
Additional requirements may apply if you live within the city limits of Mooresville, Troutman, Huntersville, or Charlotte.
Please refer to your local building department to verify the requirements at your location.
All sheds 25 miles outside of Fargo/Moorhead will incur a mileage charge.
*Sheds over 120 SF require a permit in Fargo and West Fargo.
**Sheds over 200 SF require a permit in Moorhead.

Vinyl Siding

While our LP SmartSide paneling is by far the most common siding we use, we do offer vinyl as well!
If you live in an HOA where the shed has to match the house siding, this could be a great option for you.
Pricing varies depending on the type of vinyl siding needed – but generally speaking vinyl upgrades start at $13/SF ($1,500 minimum).
